As the principal of Mo Lee Partners, I have over a decade of experience exclusively in partner recruiting. I have worked with partners and groups in lateral moves between global AmLaw 100 law firms and top regional and boutique law firms. I have led many high profile and significant partner and group placements in the legal market. I focus on candidates’ motivations for considering a move, advise on whether a stronger law firm platform exists, and execute a plan to to achieve their goals. I place partners in law firms that provide higher compensation, increased client development opportunities and career advancement.

I am originally from the Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, DC area. I obtained my J.D. from The American University, Washington College of Law, and my undergraduate degree in economics and finance from The Catholic University of America. Prior to recruiting, I practiced commercial and banking litigation with a well-established Los Angeles based firm.
